To often as we hear dogs barking dogs left in cars and we just walk away.  More and more it is on hot days.  Take time to investigate AND CONTACT LOCAL AUTHORIES TO REPORT SUCH OCCURANCES. Recently, a small dog left in a car , with the windows cracked, died from heat exhaustion. Although rushed to a local vet , this tiny Yorkie perished. Don't let this happen to your furry buddy.
