Lebanon man turns self in on eluding charge

SANFORD - A Lebanon man turned himself into Sanford Police earlier this week in connection with an eluding police charge in South Berwick.
Jonathan Robert Spulick, 23, of 23 Lower Cross Road, turned himself in at the Sanford Police Station around 9:15 on Tuesday after learning a warrant for his arrest had been issued out of York County Superior Court.
Spulick was transported to York County jail for booking and released on bail.
Eluding is a Class C offense punishable by up to five years in state prison.
