Lebanon's own Miss Maine, Kelsey Earley, Welcomed to Washington DC.

Senator Susan Collins welcomed Miss Maine America 2015, Kelsey Earley of Lebanon, Maine to Washington, D.C. this afternoon.
Through her platform issue, “Be a Superhero,” Kelsey makes superhero capes for children who are fighting illness or living with disabilities. She has hand-sewn more than 100 capes and donated them to The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital in Portland.
